“Time to change Halton” an initiative of Halton Borough Council have provided an information pack to help with Mental Health issues.
There is a helpful day planner of activities to focus on and lots of other information for further help.

It has never been more important to look after our own mental health and wellbeing and each other’s. For this year’s mental health awareness week starting on the 18th May the theme is kindness.
In Halton we are encouraging as many as possible to take part in a 5 ways to wellbeing activity to be kind to their mental health.
